Frequently asked questions
How do I create an account?
Go to the Wathaga website and select Sign up. Use your work email so your account is tied to your organisation and colleagues can find you, choose a strong password, then click the link in the verification email. Not there after a few minutes? Check your spam folder.
A colleague already set up our organisation. What do I do?
Accept the invitation they sent you. You'll land in their workspace, so there's no need to create a duplicate organisation.
What should I set up first?
Your organisation profile. The most important field is your mission: one sentence about the long-term change you want. It becomes the starting point for your Big Goal. Then invite one or two teammates, especially the people who will plan programs or enter data.
Where do I find things?
The menu is where you'll find your Theory of Change, initiatives, data and reports.
